Mercurial Rage

Mercurial Rage makes their mpls ltd debut. Their last EP was described by the Minnesota #daily as “precisely the sort of album to get naked to” (we’re not kidding). Whereas the previous EP drew numerous comparisons to Depeche Mode at their best, the new EP welcomes flourishes of Primal Scream and Happy Mondays largely due to the sublime production work of Ed Ackerson. All musical comparisons aside though, this EP really focuses on the spirit and creativity that makes Mercurial Rage the unique force they are. The EP comprises of four new original tracks and two remixes from the band’s previous self-released “Funeral Sessions” EP.
